This programme has been carefully developed utilising research into best practice in career transition. It aims to take you on a journey from knowing you aren't happy in your present career and not knowing what the next step might be, through to having a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right for you, and a plan of how to create it.
It requires that, along with working with your coach, you become resourceful to help you in identifying an exciting and viable new career direction. The assumption is that you have all the resourcefulness you will need, and your coach will help you to draw this out.
The programme is built upon 3 pillars, named after this inspiring quote from Mark Twain:

Too often people settle for an unhappy work life. As you work through this programme you will see that there is no need to do so.
